Carpentry

carpentry /ˈkɑːp(ə)ntri/ | noun | the activity or occupation of making or repairing things in wood

Carpentry is a skill that dates back over four thousand years; it is integral to any building process.

Andy Gregory, Director of Jigsaw Construction, is trained to NVQ level 3 in Advanced Carpentry and is a member of the Guild of Master Craftsman. He hand-picks his team of carpenters based on trust, integrity, and the delivery of high-quality services. You are in good hands.

Our carpenters work on:

  • Joists

  • Flooring

  • Bespoke storage - shelving, cupboards, wardrobes

  • Doors

  • Staircases

  • Beams

  • Skirting and architraves

  • Timber cladding

  • Traditional oak work - bespoke oak gazebos, shelters, oak trusses and oak frames

  • Commercial fit-outs – such as shops and hair salons

  • Carpentry contracting on new builds
